To ensure that your prescription is valid for ordering glasses from www.themanha.com, please make sure it meets the following criteria:

  • The prescription was provided to a person aged between 18 years old and 45 years old.
  • The prescription falls within the specified optical parameters ranges:
  • The prescription is still valid under laws and regulations applicable to your location and was issued by a certified optometrist no longer than 24 months prior to the scan.
  • The prescription is for a person who does not suffer from certain medical conditions that may influence the results or the Prescription Scanner Feature, such as amblyopia, diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, cataracts, retinal detachment, crossed-eyes, brain injuries, neurological issues, etc.
  • The scanned prescription glasses were issued for a person who does not suffer from vision discomfort or symptoms of acute eye pain, flashes, and/or floaters in eyes.

2. How do I return frames and accessories purchased from www.themanha.com?

If you wish to return frames and accessories purchased from www.themanha.com, please follow these steps:

  • Request the return within 7 days of confirmed delivery by emailing general@themanha.com.
  • Options for return include account credit, reimbursement, or order replacement, and return shipping is free.
  • Frames, non-Rx lens upgrades, 3-lens packs, and accessories are eligible for cash refunds, while prescription lens upgrades and prescription extra lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of $15 applies to all cash refunds and will be deducted from the refund total.

3. What is the manufacturer's warranty coverage for eyeglasses purchased from www.themanha.com?

All frames purchased from www.themanha.com come with a 365-day manufacturer's warranty. If your frame or lenses break after the initial 7 days following delivery and within one year of your purchase, you can request a replacement. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage from handling or damage from normal wear and tear. To activate the warranty, you must return the glasses and provide return shipping tracking information, along with a picture of the damage to the item.

4. What happens if my order from www.themanha.com is missing or undelivered?

If you believe your order from www.themanha.com is missing or undelivered within 21 days of shipment, please contact us immediately. If the issue can be verified through tracking information, an additional pair of the exact same specifications can be shipped. If the order cannot be located, we will attempt to locate it through the postal service. If it still cannot be located, we will replace the glasses.

5. Can I cancel my order from www.themanha.com?

Orders from www.themanha.com can be cancelled on the same day they are placed without incurring any charge, unless the order has already shipped or prescription lenses have already been made. Orders cannot be cancelled after the day of ordering, and if prescription lenses have already been made, the cost of goods will be deducted from any cash refunds.

6. What is the procedure for returning damaged eyeglasses to www.themanha.com?

If the eyeglasses you wish to return to www.themanha.com are damaged beyond use, you will still receive a refund according to the time frame specified in our Return Policy. Please email general@themanha.com to initiate the return process.
